  • Wild Orchid Cake. Tender biscuit, fragrant jelly with tangerines and a solid layer of chocolate mousse.
  • Cake with golden meringue “French Kiss. Multi-layered dessert with coffee, buttercream and airy, crunchy meringue with nuts.
  • Tender cheese bisque with feta, milk jelly and spinach sprinkled with dark chocolate.
  • Winter Colors Parfait with banana kiwi, raspberries, pecans and coffee cream.
  • Tartlet with pear and banana “Winter mood” on tender almond cream in crumbly baskets of shortbread dough.
