- Tender cheese bisque with feta, milk jelly and spinach sprinkled with dark chocolate.
- Winter Colors Parfait with banana kiwi, raspberries, pecans and coffee cream.
- Tartlet with pear and banana “Winter mood” on tender almond cream in crumbly baskets of shortbread dough.
